Is anyone having a problem getting into anscers? We have been having the problem for a week now. If we click on a link from an e-mail we can get right in, but if we just login through the main page, it takes forever to get into.
Also, for some reason our one step login process isn't working for the community. If we are in anscers, and click on the community button, we are not logged in...
Is this operator error?
I haven't had any issues getting in, although I did just have to log in again, after being on the CMA website, to access anscers.
No slowness on my end though. Might be a localized server issue or some such....
The issues we have with Anscers is when we are doing RMA's. Often when we hit 'Submit RMA' the system will hand and take (actual clocked time) 6 minutes to change screens.
