Hi Diego - this is Dina from CMA I handle the system development on anscers.com and we have several simplifications of the anscers RFI system coming soon that will make it much easier to use RFI.

We first introduced RFI to our Industry Credit Groups with great success. Credit Group members have a built in list of companies to send the RFI's too. Members not in groups were missing out on a great benefit of instant reference information in a easy format - a single report.

We introduced the anscers Network to allow all members to build their own list of companies to send RFI's too. The reaction to the network process - the inviting, accepting invitations etc - has not been the greatest. Members told us "We don't invite someone to get a credit rating - we just send the request for a rating"

For the last few weeks we have been working to simplify the process of creating a network. Removing the process of inviting and accepting, and simply allowing all companies to keep a list of references they want to use on RFI's. These changes may be launched this weekend and made available on Monday.

Any network invitations that have already been accepted will still be on your reference list when the changes are made.

The other change we are making is in the pricing. Reviewing our usage stats the subscription model pricing may not be the most beneficial to the members until they get to a high level of usage.

So we will replace it with a transaction based model with a $4.95 per for members and $6.95 per for non-members - members of credit groups still get RFI as part of their group costs.

RFI's are wonderful. We are able to get instant information on a customer from those within our own industry. As for the Anscers Network, I have not utilized it yet.

Can anyone else give some feedback on the RFI and/or Network?

I just suscribed to the trial period of the RFI feature offered in this site. Can someone share their experience with this service? What is the best way to build a good network? Are you comfortable sharing information with another company that invites you to be part of their network?
