Lately my industry has had more debtors filing Chapter 11 or for our Canadian debtors Letters of Intent. Many of them are still operating and wish to purchase from us directly. Being that we are a very conservative company, we've sold to DIP accounts on a wire transfer in advance basis. However now both Management and the debtor are looking for alternatives so that we can offer some open credit terms. We of course want to avoid any preference issue in case the bankruptcy is converted or any more losses.

Any suggestions beside UCC?
