			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is anyone having a problem getting into anscers?  We have been having the problem for a week now.  If we click on a link from an e-mail we can get right in, but if we just login through the main page, it takes forever to get into.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, for some reason our one step login process isn't working for the community.  If we are in anscers, and click on the community button, we are not logged in...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is this operator error?
